"Well, thank you for folding it." Phil is a little amused at the use of it. It makes some sense though. Loki's magic is part of him. Why wouldn't he use it? And his hands are still on Phil, still stroking over his skin. The magic creates an interesting sensation too.

He pets his fingers through his hair. "It's not really using your hands though is it? We can explore what your magic can do for both of us in bed another time. Use just your hands for me. Be good."

There's a hint of warning in his voice. He doesn't want Loki bending the rules again.
