"No." Phil doesn't even add in a "not yet" or "soon". Loki gets no hints until he starts to behave and clearly he's not ready for that. A low heat curls in Phil's stomach. He loves them bratty and willful. The eventually surrender is that much better when they're strong willed.

"Hands in your lap. Do not move them." He stares Loki down for a moment before he lets go of his jaw. Phil circles him, occasionally touching, inspecting the goods for the night. He can't help but take a fistful of hair and pull Loki's head back as he stands behind him.

He meets Loki's eyes with a hint of amusement. They can definitely have fun.
