"Try not to throw me through a wall. The neighbors would have questions I don't want to answer." Phil puts the wine into his wine rack and then crosses the small distance between them to stand directly in front of Loki.

"I don't use punishment often," he explains as he looks up at Loki meeting those intense green eyes. "I prefer denial when I'm not listened to. If you want me to use more forceful methods you should tell me and I can shift to meet your needs. It's very simple, though, I decide what happens and how it happens. If you ask politely, you might get what you want to happen."

That was the simplest, cut to the chase, way Phil could put his style of domination. He had the control. He gave only want he wanted to give but gave more when his sub was respectful and good for him. All Loki had to do was be good and he'd most likely get what he wanted.
