That checks out, but Scott is not really the violent type. As a general rule he's a lover, not a fighter, and while he does take down bad guys and the like he doesn't really enjoy it as some others might.

And he's certainly not about to break Phil's fingers. But he is going to squirm under the touch until he's shifted around, half thrown, onto the cushions on the couch underneath the two of them. Phil is strong and Scott appreciates that but he also makes it easier for the other by assisting him as he can. The tickling shifts to firmer touches and Scott arches to meet them his own hands finding their way to Phils hips hooking in belt loops to keep him close.
