He braces one hand on Scott's thigh as he leans into the kiss. Phil's smiling against his lips before he returns the kiss. His thumb strokes slowly back and forth while they kiss.

"It's perfectly safe," he murmurs against Scott's jaw. "I'm keeping a very close eye on it."

Phil kisses his pulse before he pulls away. He smiles warmly at Scott. "I could stop and guard other parts of you if your ass needs a break."

There's that teasing, warm tone again.
