He lets the other close that distance with ease. Leaning into the kiss, letting the other take control of it. To dictate its pace and depth.
It's light, and easy. Just like all of this feels. He's thankful for it in every sense of that word.

Funnily enough though Scott has always been somewhat removed from the whole Avengers thing, he may be a member of the team but even now he's almost like an independent contractor. It was nice in some senses because it gave him time to do what he needed, be it X-Con or the work he'd been doing with Reed Richards furthering the whole time research stuff he's started with Bruce and Tony.
They all had their roles to play but right now, in these moments together. It was just Phil and Him and a big ol' pot of soup. And he wanted nothing more.
