"Consider that a blessing." But that statement gets the smallest hint of pink to grace his cheeks. He hopes if only to make a lasting impression on the people who mean the most to Scott. He knows it wont be effortless but that's the thing about Phil.

He's worth the effort.

"Within reason, I mean my life is literally an open book but what I do for me, and only me, is different." And Phil is only for him, at least when they're together.

"So long as they can't break in and listen. Because the things they'd hear." He teases offering a coy little smile to the other. "I had enough of people spying on my life for one lifetime."
