"That's nice of you to offer but I could only use it at the secret base and not on the Bus where I spend most of my time." Phil still believed in leading from the field and not behind a desk. Desk work was incredibly boring after a long time. Yes, he knew everything about paperwork but that didn't mean he really enjoyed it. It needed to get done.

He lifts his arm enough for Scott to dance a little, watching him with fond amusement. It's like he can't stop himself but the music was good. Okay, he would make a note of that. Take Scott dancing.

"Besides if you give me the means to cook for myself I would need to come up with new reasons to visit you," he teases.

Once Scott settles down Phil puts his arm right back across his shoulders. He doesn't intend to go anywhere and would definitely return for more than Scott's cooking.
